Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey completed March 10, 2023 found that Pocono Health System Visiting Nurse &; Hospice Care had corrected the deficiency cited under the requirements 42CFR, Part 484, Subparts B &;; C, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies. The deficiency was cited as a result of an onsite federal Medicare recertification survey completed January 18, 2023.

Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiency was cited as a result of an onsite state re-licensure survey completed January 18, 2023.
